		Our Company & Founder Redell Search, Inc. was founded in 1996 and is based in Chicago Illinois.
		We have focused primarily on the IT professional services marketplace and we do search on a national basis. Most of our search engagements over the years have had packaged compensation programs ranging from $150K to $400K.   Our founder, John Redell, has been a search consultant since 1986. The first 4 years of his recruiting career were spent focused on the recruitment of accounting, finance and banking professionals.  He started his own and first recruiting firm specializing in information technology with a partner in downtown Chicago in 1990.  It flourished until the opening of Redell Search in 1996.  John prides himself on the fact that he gives very personalized service and actually goes out on the "hunt" himself for the elusive candidate.  Each search is treated as a new and special project.  John is very passionate about being a Chicagoan and resides in the city with his wife and son.
